Choose Custom

Branded without the footer credit and Custom are both $40 a month. Custom’s higher setup fee pays for the premium layout and a tailored header and branding, and it’s the plan that can use your own domain.

Included in every plan: our improved cart, checkout and account pages, and every order printed and shipped by Printees.

Prices are in NZ dollars and include GST. If you use your own domain on Custom, the domain registration is paid separately.

Plan questions

Who prints and ships the orders?

We do, on every plan. Orders placed in your store come straight to Printees and we print, pack and ship them.

Branded without the credit and Custom are both $40 a month. What’s the difference?

The design. Branded is our standard layout styled with your logo and colours. Custom is a premium layout with a tailored header and branding, which is what the higher setup fee pays for. Custom can also use your own domain.

What is the Printees footer credit?

A small Printees credit and link in your store’s footer. It’s there on Starter and on Branded at $20 a month. On Branded you can remove it for $40 a month.

Can I use my own domain?

On Custom, yes: we connect a domain you own. Registering the domain is paid separately to your domain provider. Starter and Branded stores live at name.printees.co.nz.

Who adds the products?

You do, on every plan, in your store admin. If you’d rather we did it, ask us about product listing setup (quoted separately).

What does the $99 Starter setup include?

We apply the logo and colours you supply to the basic template and get the store ready for you. Product uploads are separate.

Do the prices include GST?

Yes. All prices are in NZ dollars and include GST.

Who sets the prices, and can we fundraise?

Retail prices and any fundraising or commission amount are agreed for each store when it’s set up.

Shopping from a store

How do I find my store?

Search for your school, kura, club or business in the store directory. Not everyone lists their store publicly, so if yours isn’t there, use the link your organiser sent you (email, newsletter or group chat). Still can’t find it? Tell us the name and we’ll send you the link.

The store is asking for a password.

That store is private. Your organiser (the school office, club or your manager) has the password. We can’t give it out on their behalf.

The store has closed. Can I still order?

Stores that open for a set time close so everything can be printed together. Ask your organiser whether there’ll be another round, or message us with the store name.

When will my order arrive?

Everything is printed to order. In a store that opens for a set time, printing starts after the store closes, so allow our standard production time (around 10 working days) from the closing date, then delivery. In an always-open store, your order goes into production when you place it.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I swap it?

Because each item is made just for you, wrong sizes can’t be returned or swapped, so please check the size guide on the product before you order. Faulty or damaged items are different: claim within 14 days by emailing team@printees.co.nz with your order number and a photo. See returns.

Running a store

Do we have to buy stock or collect money?

No. Everyone orders and pays for their own at the checkout, and each item is printed to order. There’s no stock to store and no money to chase.

Who can have a store?

Schools and kura, sports clubs and teams, businesses, community groups and events. Anyone who needs the same gear for a lot of people in different sizes.

Can we keep our store private?

Yes. A store can be listed in our store finder so people can search for it, or kept to the people you share the link with.

Can we change what’s in the store later?

Yes. On every plan you add and edit your own products in your store admin. If you’d rather we did it, ask about product listing setup (quoted separately).
