Production speed
Choose it at checkout. Production times are working days in New Zealand and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Custom apparel & merch
Normal production queue. Best for everyday custom orders.
Around 10 working days No extra chargeYour order is pulled forward in the production schedule.
Around 4โ7 working days +25% production feeThe fastest turnaround available for your custom order.
Around 1โ3 working days +40% production feeCheckout shows the estimated dispatch date for each speed. Cut-off times may affect the first production day.
DTF & UV DTF transfers
Order and pay before 10 am and it usually goes out the door the same day. The 2 working days is our buffer for busy times.
Within 2 working days No extra chargeYou become our first priority, so your transfers will almost certainly be printed and sent the same day (order and pay before 10 am). For orders up to 10 m in total.

Whereโs my order?
Log in to see your orders. Canโt find your tracking number? Message us with your order number and weโll send it.
Message usParcel late, missing or misdelivered?
Contact NZ Post directly. Once your parcel leaves us itโs with them, and theyโll sort it much faster than we can as the middleman. Have your tracking number ready.
Ordering for an event? Order well in advance, and choose a faster speed if you need to. Courier delays are out of our control and arenโt grounds for a refund or return.
Ordering from a school, club or team store?
Store open for a set time
Printing starts after the store closes, so everything is printed together. Allow around 10 working days from the closing date, then delivery.
Always-open store
Your order goes into production when you place it, just like any other order.
