Choose DTF or UV DTF, then how to start
Open the builder and make two quick choices. Nothing is saved until you add your first design.
- What are you printing?
Pick DTF Transfers for clothing and fabric, or UV DTF Stickers for cups, glass and other hard surfaces. Not sure? Click Whatโs the difference? You can switch later.
- Auto Build Recommended
Upload your designs and the builder fits them on the cheapest sheet: A4, A3, half metre or by the metre. Best for most orders.
- Start new gangsheet
A blank 58 ร 100 cm sheet you arrange yourself. Itโs charged by the metre (1 m minimum), so Auto Build is cheaper for a few small designs.

Carry on with a gangsheet you started earlier in this browser.
Upload your designs
Add the artwork you want printed. Each design is checked as it arrives.
- Choose files, or drag them in
Choose files, or drop files anywhere on the page. A PNG with a transparent background prints best; JPG, WEBP, SVG, PDF and TIFF work too, up to 300 MB each.
- Empty space is trimmed
Clear space around a design is trimmed off, so the size you set is the size of the artwork itself.
- Check the badge on each design
GOOD means 300 DPI or more at the size you set. FAIR (200โ299 DPI) is usually fine for bold designs; LOW (under 200) will look soft, so use a bigger file or print it smaller. A solid background is flagged too: it prints as a box.
- Need words?
Add text makes names, numbers or a slogan right in the builder. Pick a font and colour; it prints sharp at any size.
Set the size and how many
Each design gets a card in the Designs panel. Set its printed width and how many you want.
- Width in cm
Type the printed width; the height follows so the design keeps its shape. Prefer mm or inches? Switch at the top of the panel.
- Quantity
Use โ and + or type a number: thatโs how many copies go on the sheet.
- More options
Set the height instead, or press Best size for the biggest size that stays at 300 DPI.
- Lots of designs?
Tick several cards to give them all the same width in one go.
Under More options: set the height instead of the width, Best size for the biggest sharp size, and switches to keep the empty space or to stop a design being turned to save film.
Build my gangsheet
One click and the builder lays everything out to use the least film, on the cheapest sheet.
- Press Build my gangsheet
Every copy is arranged with the gaps and edge margins set for you, on the cheapest sheet that fits: A4, A3, half metre or by the metre.
- Sometimes longer is cheaper
The bulk discount starts as soon as an order is over 1 m, so a 1.1 m sheet can cost less than exactly 1 m. The builder tells you when it picks one.
- Big orders
Sheets go up to 5 m; past that it adds another sheet. The bulk discount counts every metre in your order.
- Your price, as you go
The price updates with every change, bulk discount included. Prices include GST.
Fine-tune it (optional)
Happy with the layout? Skip ahead. Otherwise click any design on the sheet.
- Move and resize
Drag a design to move it, or drag a handle to resize it. For an exact size, type it in the bar that pops up.
- Rotate, flip and duplicate
The Selected design panel has rotate and flip, Duplicate, Align on the sheet and Fill space, which adds copies into the gaps.
- It keeps you printable
Designs stay inside the printable edge, and the spacing between them is checked for you.
- Zoom and undo
Zoom with the bar under the sheet (or Ctrl / โ + scroll), hold Space and drag to move around, and Undo if you change your mind.
- Re-nest
After big changes, Auto nest โ Re-nest packs everything tightly again.
Size with the proportions locked, rotate and flip, align on the sheet, Duplicate, Fill space and Delete, all in the panel on the right.
Review and order
Check it over, then send it to us. We confirm the price before anything is charged.

Top right. You see each sheet, the checks and the price with your bulk discount.
- Order my gangsheet
We check your gangsheet and make the 300 DPI print file. Then press Continue to order.
- Finish on printees.co.nz
The upload page opens with your gangsheet attached. Tell us whoโs ordering, choose Standard or Rush, add any notes and press Send my gang sheet.
- We confirm, then you pay
We check it and reply with a confirmed price before it prints. Nothing is charged until you approve.
Your print file is made, and the upload page shows your gangsheet, its sheet and its price. Pick your turnaround and send it.
Good to know
A few things that make the builder easier.
Your gangsheet saves in this browser while you work. Find it again in the menu (top right) under My gang sheets, or choose Open saved gangsheet when you start.
No account and nothing to pay to build. You only pay for the printed sheet, once weโve confirmed the price.
Switch at the top of the builder at any time. Prices, sheet sizes and the bulk discount follow.
Download print file on the order screen gives you the 300 DPI transparent PNG we print from.
