DTF transfers are heat-pressed onto clothing and other fabric. UV DTF transfers stick onto hard, smooth surfaces such as tumblers, bottles, phones, laptops and windows.

Instead of paying per design, you lay out lots of designs on one sheet and we print it in one go. Cut them apart and apply each one. The gang sheet guide walks you through it.

Our DTF and UV DTF rolls are 58 cm wide. Sheets by the metre start at 1 m and round up to the next 10 cm (so 2.34 m is charged as 2.4 m).

Longer orders get a bulk discount on the per-metre rate, worked out on the total metres in your order (e.g. 2 sheets × 2.5 m = 5 m, so 20% off):

A wrong garment size can’t be returned, because everything is printed just for you. When in doubt, measure a garment you already like and compare.

We hold stock of only a very few selected items. Orders through our website or any of our affiliate stores are custom made to order.

You choose the production speed at checkout, and it shows your estimated dispatch date for each:

Production times are working days in New Zealand and exclude public holidays. Cut-off times may affect the first production day.

Order and pay before 10 am and your transfers usually go out the same day. The 2 working days is our buffer for busy times.

Need it today? Choose Rush on the upload page: you become our first priority, so your transfers will almost certainly be printed and sent the same day. It’s 10% on top of the order, for orders up to 10 m in total.

In a store that opens for a set time, printing starts after it closes so everything is printed together: allow our standard production time (around 10 working days) from the closing date, then delivery. In an always-open store, your order goes into production when you place it.

Courier delays are out of our control and aren’t grounds for a refund or return, so leave some room. Cutting it fine? Message us before you order and we’ll tell you what’s possible.

North Island orders go NZ Post Overnight (allow an extra 1–2 days for rural addresses). South Island orders go with NZ Post’s standard service, so allow a little longer. See Delivery & turnaround.

Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll email you the pick-up address once your order has been processed.

For merch, attach up to six files (20 MB each message) on the contact form. For a finished gang sheet, use the upload page.

A white or coloured box around your design prints as a white or coloured box. Remove the background before you send it. The gang sheet guide shows a quick way to check.

Go to Upload a gang sheet, choose DTF or UV DTF, add your file and send. Big files are fine: up to 5 GB. Send one file per gang sheet order.

Canva Free can’t download a transparent background, so share your design link with us instead. The Canva guide shows how.

If you see the low-quality warning, upload a better version, or send it to us to check first.

Check spelling, sizes, colours and placement before you approve.

Search the store directory. Not every store is listed publicly, so if yours isn’t there, use the link from your organiser, or tell us the store name.

Ask the school office, club or your manager. We can’t give it out on their behalf.

Once we’ve received it, we’ll arrange a refund or a replacement (your choice) if it meets our returns policy. Shipping to return products to us is paid by the customer.

• Anything more than 14 days after you received it
• Errors in a proof you approved
• Items with noticeable wear
• Change of mind
• Low-quality images (our designer alerts you if your design is low quality)
• Wrong garment size (size guides are on each product page)
• Courier delays (out of our control, so please order in advance)

Everything is custom made to order, which is why we can only take back faulty or damaged items.
