Your logo
A vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Attach it to your brief email.
The products
Tees, hoodies, polos, caps, bagsโฆ and the colours you want. Browse the custom merch range for ideas.
Where the print goes
Left chest, full front, back, sleeve. One spot or a few. Weโll show you before the store opens.
Pop-up or always open
For a pop-up store, the date it opens and the date it closes. Work back from when everyone needs their gear.
Whoโs ordering
Roughly how many people, and whether the store is listed in our directory or kept private.
A contact person
One name, email and phone number we can check things with while the store is built and open.
Your store brief
Fill in what you know. When you press Email my brief your email app opens with everything written out to team@printees.co.nz. Attach your logo and send. Nothing is sent or saved until you do.
Build it yourself (Starter, free)
Your own store on the standard template: you choose the products and add your designs. We print, pack and send every order. Want us to set it up for you? Add our $99 one-off setup service: we apply the logo and colours you supply to the basic template. Product uploads are separate.

Sign up for your store
Fill in the store sign-up form:
- Username one word, letters and numbers only (e.g.
harbourside26). - Password at least 10 characters, with an uppercase letter, a number and a symbol.
- Store URL the name people see, e.g.
harbourside.printees.co.nz. - Store configuration the basic template.
- Email, then agree to the Terms & Conditions and the Affiliate Agreement.

Log in to your store admin
Your store is created straight away. Log in with your username and password to reach your storeโs admin area.

Make it look like you
Add your logo, pick your colours and set up your storeโs pages so people know theyโre in the right place.

Choose products and add your designs
Pick the garments you want from our range, then put your logo or artwork on them. Only choose the colours and sizes you want to offer.

Set your prices
Every product starts at our store price, and a markup can go on top. Who sets the retail prices, and any commission or fundraising amount, is agreed for your store. A price canโt go below the store price.

List it or keep it private
Choose to appear in our store directory so people can search for you, or keep it to the people you share the link with.

Share your link
Send your storeโs address to everyone whoโs ordering. Orders come through to us, and we print and send them.

Tips for a store that sells
Work back from the date
Pick the day everyone needs their gear, then leave time for production (around 10 working days) and delivery after the store closes.
Keep the range focused
A few great products are easier to choose from than a long list. You can always add more later.
Share the link more than once
Send it when the store opens, again halfway through, and a reminder a few days before it closes.
Remind people about sizes
Everything is made to order, so wrong sizes canโt be swapped. Point people to the size guide on each product.

How long does it take to set up a store?
It depends on the range and how quickly we can check the details with you. Weโll give you a date for your store when we reply to your brief.
What does a store cost?
Starter is free. Branded is $199 setup + $20 a month ($40 a month without the Printees footer credit). Custom is from $299 setup + $40 a month. Prices include GST. See plans & pricing.
We donโt have a good logo file.
Send what you have. A vector file (AI, PDF or SVG) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background works best, and weโll tell you if it wonโt print well.
Can we see the store before it opens?
Yes. We send you a look at it before anyone else sees it, and change what you need.
Can we change the store once itโs open?
Yes. You add and edit your own products. For extra pages or design changes, ask us and weโll quote before we start.
